Holder of the bar exam certificate, Ms. Ariane de Morsier-Ducry is specialized in labor law and advises and defends the interests of both companies and individuals in her field of expertise. In parallel with her work as an independent lawyer, she has served since 2018 as a conciliatory judge at the Geneva Labor Court (Tribunal des prud’hommes). With extensive experience in conciliation, she favors negotiated settlements. She has also worked for several years at Geneva Airport and within the Geneva judiciary, and has developed a practice as a « Personne de confiance en entreprise » (ASPCE).
