Ariane de Morsier-Ducry has specialised in labour law since 2011. In addition to her work as a self employed lawyer, she was elected as a conciliatory judge at the Geneva Labour Court in 2018 and became the deputy president of conciliatory judges in 2022. Previously, she worked as an auxiliary clerk, then as a legal clerk and Equality Act (LEg) expert at the labour court. With extensive experience in conciliation, she prioritises transactional solutions. She advises and represents the interests of both businesses and individuals in her preferred field. She has many years experience in the corporate sector (Geneva Airport) and within the Geneva Judiciary (Labour Court and the Adult and Child Protection’s Court). Since 2012, she has been teaching labour law and civil procedure to judges and presidents at the Labour Court. Additionally, she has taught at the Romande School of Judicial Administration (ERAJ) in Neuchâtel.
