David Aubert started his career as a self-employed lawyer and later as a partner in a Geneva-based firm before joining the law firm Aubert, Spinedi, Street & Partners as a founding partner. He has chosen to dedicate his career to labour law, a field that encompasses both human and technical aspects and that has always been his passion. His daily practice as a lawyer, his role as President of the Labour Court, and his contributions to legal doctrine have established him as an authority in this field.
