Patrick Spinedi is admitted to the Geneva Bar since 1996 and worked as assistant for the Center of comparative and European law of the university of Lausanne in the field of international economic relations. He joined Bank Pictet & Cie in 1997 as legal adviser to the human resource department and in parallel was entrusted with the position of President with the Geneva labor court. In 2007 he joined Bank Lombard Odier & Cie taking responsibility for the human ressources of the private wealth department and related risks. The same year he was entrusted with the Presidency of Groupe IV of the Geneva Labor Courts in charge of proceedings in the financial, insurance and human resources industries. In September 2015, he become a member of the Ordre des avocats and cofounded the Firm comprising since then three partners and one trainee
Patrick Spinedi has given conferences, notably regarding non-compete clauses, employer liability in the field of wealth management or data protection in the banking or financial sectors. He also published articles regarding tele-working, variable compensation in particular bonus schemes, as well as regarding non-compete clauses. He gives advices and defends the interests not only of employees but also of employers
