Patrick Spinedi has always made it a priority to combine his human qualities and expertise with the corporate world, making him a specialist in the operations of international companies, whether in advisory, litigation, or human resources management. His career is marked by experiences in the legal and banking sectors, with a keen interest in European economic law, insurance law, and banking law. He has also been deeply involved in labour law in Geneva, serving as the 4th group’s president of the labour court (bank, insurance, human ressources) and delivering various lectures on the subject. Additionally, he has a particular interest in contemporary art. Furthermore, he presides over a foundation council. As a founding partner of the firm, he draws this experience to assist a demanding and prestigious clientele.
